Thanks for dropping by!
I’m a UX researcher who believes that design and technology can be used for good, to make our world more just and equitable.
I have eight years of diverse experiences in qualitative research, management and consulting in the Financial Technology, Impact Investing and Development Finance industries. I bring a unique blend of global experience, customer advocacy, and radical empathy to tackle complex design, user, and business problems. My diverse and non-traditional background paired with my curious nature shapes how I approach complex and inter-connected problems.
I’ve collaborated with product teams, clients, and partners in financial technology, financial services, and impact investing to design and conduct studies and strategic initiatives to optimize business sustainability and deepen customer understanding. I am UX Certified with the Nielsen Norman Group with a speciality in User Research.
I'm a Korean-American/Canadian who is curious about the world, people, and my family history. I’m based in Dayton, Ohio with former work experience in Washington D.C., Canada, Ethiopia, and South Korea.
To explore my curiosity and creativity, I use mediums like photography and painting.
Here is a collection of some images I've taken during personal and work travels.
